Chief Investment Officer
Tyler is Chief Investment Officer at UTXO Management, which he co-founded with David Bailey and Coyn Mateer. Tyler serves on the Board of Directors of BTC Inc., Metaplanet Inc., The Smarter Web Company Plc, and Matador Inc. He received a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama.

David Bailey
Chairman & CEO
David co-founded UTXO Management with Tyler Evans and Coyn Mateer. He serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Nakamoto Inc. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of BTC Inc., the Bitcoin Policy Institute, and Moon Inc. He received a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Alabama.

Coyn Mateer
Advisor
Coyn is an advisor to UTXO Management, which he co-founded with Tyler Evans and David Bailey. He previously led treasury management, investor relations, and fundraising initiatives at BTC Inc. Coyn began his career at Allegiance Capital Corporation, where he served as a Vice President. He currently serves on the boards of LQWD Technologies, DV8, and the University of Alabama Board of Visitors, and holds degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Alabama.

Chris Hopson
Chief Financial Officer
Chris is Chief Financial Officer at UTXO Management. Chris received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama, where he studied Economics and Finance, and received an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. Prior to business school and joining UTXO, he spent three years taking a Fintech startup through multiple rounds of VC-fundraising and oversaw the team grow from 15 to 70 employees. He started his career at Allegiance Capital Corporation, where he spent four years performing mergers and acquisitions.

Associate
Felipe is an Associate at UTXO Management, specializing in BTC-native assets and Bitcoin Treasury Companies to serve institutional and high-net-worth investors. He is also instrumental in trading operations, where he applies a mix of short, medium, and long-term strategies to optimize investment performance.

Loren Asmus
Head of Investor Relations
Loren is Head of Investor Relations at UTXO Management, where he is responsible for articulating the firm's value proposition and addressing the needs of both current and prospective investors. Before joining UTXO Management, Loren spent over eleven years at Canterbury Consulting, an investment consulting firm overseeing $45 billion in assets under advisement. There, he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring investment managers across public and private markets. During his tenure, he served as Chair of the Fixed Income and Real Assets Manager Research Committees and Vice Chair of the Hedge Funds Committee. He was also a founding member of Canterbury's digital assets working group. Loren is a CFA® charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Guillaume Girard
Investment Associate
Guillaume is an Investment Associate at UTXO Management. Prior to UTXO, he worked with the Galaxy Mining Team as a Research Analyst with the responsibility of covering publicly traded miners and new Bitcoin developments. He started his career by working with the Bitwise Research team and by regularly contributing to Messari and Bitcoin Magazine.

Daniel Hinton
Head of Capital Markets
Daniel serves as the Head of Capital Markets at UTXO Management, leveraging over seven years of institutional digital asset experience. Previously, he was Head of Finance & Operations at sFOX and its affiliates, a leading digital asset prime broker and qualified custodian. Daniel co-created UTXOracle, an open-source Bitcoin pricing model, and has been an active Bitcoin investor since 2014. He received a JD and a Master's in Tax Accounting from the University of Alabama.

General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Henry is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at UTXO Management. Previously, he served as Supervisory Principal at LPL Financial, General Counsel at LayerTwo Labs, and Compliance Officer at other firms. He received a BA in Philosophy from the University of Maryland and a JD from Villanova University School of Law.

Duke Waldrop
Analyst
Duke is an Analyst at UTXO Management, where he conducts investment research on public and private companies with Bitcoin exposure. Previously, he worked at BTC Inc. during the 2021-2023 crypto cycle and founded Cellars of DW, a wine technology consultancy. He also advises Moon Inc. on strategic initiatives.
